WARRANTY POLICY OF THE THERADOME EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR

Warranty period: 1 year (from the date Theradome starts delivering)
*Plus 7 days (compensating for delivery time) when customers purchase directly from Shopee/Lazada/Website or Hotline

Warranty conditions:

• For transactions made via the website theradome.vn/Shopee/Lazada or via direct contact such as Hotline/Fanpage Theradome Vietnam
• Warranty applies to manufacturer defects such as: product structure, battery, technical errors
• If customers purchase Theradome devices from any other authorized dealer/seller in Vietnam, please ask them to register with us for a 1-year device warranty.

Note: Theradome does not accept warranty for devices purchased from unauthorized dealers/sellers in Vietnam (Example: Ebay, Amazon,..)
